How many sessions do I need?
A session is one recorded visit, so the number you want is visits a month, not page views. It is usually a lot smaller than people expect.
Where to find your number
- Google Analytics. Reports, then Traffic acquisition. Read Sessions for the last 30 days, not Views.
- Plausible or Fathom. The figure called Visits.
- Nothing installed? Start free. The dashboard shows what you have used this period, so you will know within a month.

One recorded visit. Somebody who comes back tomorrow is a second session, however many pages they read in either. You are not charged per page view.
No, and that is the point. Paying yearly takes 20% off the price of the same monthly allowance - twelve months of it, rolling month by month, rather than one pot to spend at once.
New visits stop being recorded until the month resets. You are never billed for going over, and nothing already recorded is touched. Upgrade and recording starts again straight away.
No. Invite as many people as you like on every plan, free included. The price follows the volume you record, not the size of your team.
