AI summaries

Summarize with AI on a recording writes two to four sentences about the visit: where the visitor went, what they did, and where it went wrong. On a person it does the same across their visits, and offers Update once they have been back.

What it reads. Facts, not video: the pages visited, how long the visit ran, the counts of clicks, rage clicks, dead clicks and errors, and the moments on the recording's timeline. It does not see the screen, and it is told not to guess at what it was not given. It is told whether the visitor was identified, never who they are.

Allowance. Summaries are on paid plans, with a monthly allowance: 500 on Starter, 2,500 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale. A summary is written once and kept with the recording, so opening it again costs nothing. If a run fails, the unit is given back.

Summaries are deleted with the recording.
