A visitor's data request

A visitor can ask you what you recorded about them, or ask you to delete it. Both are on the People page.

1. Open People and search for their name, email, or the id your site passes to rc("identify").
2. Open the person. Every browser they were identified in is listed together.

To give them their data. An owner clicks the download button. It saves one JSON file with their visits, the pages they viewed, what they clicked, their chat messages and any summary written about them.

To delete it. Click Delete person. Their recordings, pages, clicks, chats and summaries go. An owner's delete is immediate and permanent; a member's hides them from every view until an owner or retention removes them.

To stop recording them. Block the visitor (see Blocking a visitor), or call rc("stop") for them on your site.

Somebody who was never identified is listed by visitor id. Ask them for the rough time and page of their visit and find it on Recordings, then open the person from there.
