Uninstall

Stop recording. Remove the script tag from your site: the line in your template, the tag in Google Tag Manager, or the plugin in WordPress. Recording stops on the next page load. Nothing else needs undoing; the tracker leaves no cookies.

Remove a site and its data. An owner opens Settings, Overview and uses Delete this project. The site, its recordings, chats and settings are deleted.

Remove the company. An owner opens Settings, Team and uses Delete company. Every site and everything recorded goes, and the subscription is cancelled.

Remove only your own login. Open your Profile and use Delete my account.

Deleting is permanent. If you only want a break, removing the script tag keeps what you have until retention removes it.
