Billing and retention

• Free - 1,000 sessions a month, kept 7 days, 1 site.
• Starter, $29 - 10,000 sessions a month, kept 30 days, 3 sites, 500 AI summaries.
• Growth, $79 - 50,000 sessions a month, kept 90 days, 10 sites, 2,500 AI summaries.
• Scale, $199 - 200,000 sessions a month, kept 180 days, unlimited sites, 10,000 AI summaries.

Annual billing is 20% less.

Sessions. A session is one visit in one tab. The count starts again each month. Owners get an email at 80% and at 100%; at 100% recording pauses until the month turns or you upgrade. Nothing already recorded is affected.

Retention. Recordings older than the plan keeps are deleted every night, with their chats and summaries.

Downgrading. Recordings the new plan does not cover are not deleted that night. They are locked for 30 days: listed, but not playable. Upgrade within the 30 days and they unlock; otherwise they are deleted. We email owners when the lock starts and before it ends.

Change or cancel a plan from Billing in the dashboard. Payment is handled by Stripe.
