Help articles and saved replies
Answers visitors can read, and answers your team can reuse.
Help articles. Open Settings, Help articles. Write an article, give it a category, and publish it. Published articles appear in the chat widget, grouped by category in the order you set, so a visitor can find an answer before they write to you. A site can keep 50 articles. Drafts are not shown to visitors.
Visitors can mark an article helpful or not, and the count shows beside each one.
Drafting with AI. The same page can draft articles for you from the sources you tick. Everything it writes arrives as a draft; nothing is published until you publish it. Each run uses one unit of the plan's AI allowance.
Saved replies. In any chat, type / in the reply box to pick a saved reply, or start typing its title to narrow the list. Anyone on the team who answers chats can add, edit and remove them. A site can keep 50; a title is up to 60 characters and a reply up to 2,000.
